When it comes to my thoughts on this… I’m 100% right! It’s actually not me that is, it is the science that trumps all the BS diets we see and try.
Yes if there is a diet that claims eating this and that, and not this and that, is what what makes you lose weight then they are just missing the point and using your lack of knowledge in the area to make money off of you. Yes all diets do some good because it starts someone from sitting on the coach to moving in the direction of being more healthy. But this doesn’t make it ok for lying to you about the whole truth. In my eyes that argument is a big copout.
Why not just keep the nutrition science behind losing bodyfat and developing muscle boring, like it really is?!? LOL.

When it comes to weight loss it is about calories in to calories out….PERIOD! I could end it there but what matters whether you get to your goal or not isn’t the science part only. The science part is our guidelines and platform that allow the success. Before I get into how to make your nutrition work for you let me explain why since 2001, when I first entered the professional fitness industry, the science I teach has always prevailed over every diet known to man still to this day. And yes it will out last even the most recent diets that say to eat like a caveman or eat certain types of foods.
