New Client Feature
Kathy has been with me for just 2 to 3 weeks and I can already tell she is going to have huge results. Again if you want to start a program that is complete from A-Z, then my program is a must.
The exercises I show is for entertainment and are NOT magic exercises for your results. Reality check….. You must cover all areas to completely reach those goals.
1). Proper Nutrition- no freaking diets, just the accurate numbers to the science and applying it in a way that fits in liking and schedule. (Common sense right?!?)
2) Proper Cardio- you CANNOT lose all your fat with cardio! Actually you lose very little directly from cardio in the whole scheme of things. Don’t get me wrong though. Cardio is ESSENTIAL in the building blocks in muscular development and making your HEART healthy! So designing a program that doesn’t make you spend hours you don’t have and make it to where it is efficient and does it job. (Again common sense)
3) Proper Resistance Training and Conditioning-
Progressions progression progressions!!!
That is as far as I’m going with this. I just see to much program design not using foundation and proper progressions. Muscle development and strength development are two different types, as is stability strength, power, endurance, metabolic, and others. HOW SHOULD ALL THESE BE APPLIED TO YOU?!? Well it takes someone with much experience, much education, much want to apply the details… You get my drift.
4) Proper supplementation-
Most of you that know me understands my stand on this. Pretty much why take something if it isn’t directly replacing what you lack from foods.
Your body does NOT increase abilities because of mega dosing.
5) Proper Education-
What you learn shapes your perceptions and your realities. So if you are filled with a bunch of BS then your actions will be the same.
Always quiz your professional where they got their info. Don’t accept general answers. Get the truth… Crush It!

He just started with me this week. He is at the beginning levels of building his foundations. I have 8 weeks with him because he is moving to Texas and wants to learn how to keep moving forward with his health. For you beginners I make sure along with designing your foundation and progressions that you become educated as well.
Arianna-
She has been with me for about 4 weeks now. Our main goal is to improve movement pattern development and postural integrity. Youth all are at different developmental phases and must be trained to capitalize on these phases. This allows great improvements now and higher potentials for peak performance as they age. And most importantly about eliminates non-contact injuries. Keeping your kid healthy in all aspects!

Summer Fitness
This week has been my families vacation here in Orlando Florida. 
I was thinking as I was watching both my boys experiencing their childhood things that fitness for us parents is more than just the looks. Our health is so so much more important, to be able to spend these great times with our kids for many years. 
A little over a year ago I started my journey to get in the best shape of my life. (I’m going to post the before pic soon!) 
I had previously spent many hours, days, and months developing the business side of my business. A long story short my body fat increased to about 28%, my blood pressure was up (from increased stress and getting fat), and muscle mass decreased (lack exercise and sitting behind a computer). 
Along with pictures of my transformation I’ll be sharing:
1) my diet… I want everyone to see that it does NOT take eating what you think. You can live a enjoyable life with foods that you love and convenient. 
2) my exercise schedule… You will be surprised in what it takes. Plus you will find all needs to just be designed around YOU. 
3) my supplement regimen… You’ll see how much I did NOT take. Save save save money and time
