Hope everyone found Friday’s post interesting and now you understand how reaching those elite levels takes just a tad of detail especially when one is trying to reach full potential and not satisfied with average. 
I promised to talk about the nutrition side. Well I’m probably going to piss off a few or make many say, What?
When it comes to my thoughts on this… I’m 100% right!  It’s actually not me that is, it is the science that trumps all the BS diets we see and try. 
Yes if there is a diet that claims eating this and that, and not this and that, is what what makes you lose weight then they are just missing the point and using your lack of knowledge in the area to make money off of you. Yes all diets do some good because it starts someone from sitting on the coach to moving in the direction of being more healthy. But this doesn’t make it ok for lying to you about the whole truth. In my eyes that argument is a big copout. 
Why not just keep the nutrition science behind losing bodyfat and developing muscle boring, like it really is?!? LOL. 
Yes the nutrition science behind weight loss and gain is freaking boring. Keep on reading though!!  You don’t want to miss this important info I’m disclosing. 
When it comes to weight loss it is about calories in to calories out….PERIOD!  I could end it there but what matters whether you get to your goal or not isn’t the science part only. Before I get into how to make your nutrition work for you let me explain why since 2001, when I first entered the professional fitness industry, the science I teach has always prevailed over every diet known to man still to this day. And yes it will out last even the most recent diets that say to eat like a caveman or eat certain types of foods.

The last months I’ve had inquires email, call, and message me this similar question. Plus I’ve had clients try to explain to people asking them the same. So here I go in trying to explain why my programs produce such high levels of success and can solve multiple goals at once (nutrition I’ll post tomorrow)…
The Question: “What is it that makes your programs different than others (performance for athletes and general fitness)?
Okay that is a hard one to answer in simple terms. 
I’m going to give an example when it comes to my athletes and one when it comes to my body transformation clients. 
Lets use a female VolleyBall player or a male baseball player as examples for the athletes. And a female wanting to develop butt and abs or a guy wanting a bigger chest and abs.  Let’s narrow the goal to one thing (normally goals are multiple). How about strike the ball harder and throw the ball faster while also preventing injury in shoulders. 
I would say all performance coaches or trainers around here would immediately start strengthening the arms and specific muscles like chest, legs, and back.  Some abdominal work as well. Which all I do of course, only in a progressive manner. 
But this is where I totally branch away from the rest. With all the fancy titles in the fitness industry, the main thing that I have really mastered in the 13 plus years is understanding human movement and biomechanics.  
What is important is understanding that one muscle group might prevent another from developing and/or a dysfunctional muscle can cause injury in another area.

The last months I’ve had inquires email, call, and message me this similar question. Plus I’ve had clients try to explain to people asking them the same. So here I go in trying to explain why my programs produce such high levels of success and can solve multiple goals at once (nutrition I’ll post tomorrow)…
The Question: “What is it that makes your programs different than others (performance for athletes and general fitness)?
Okay that is a hard one to answer in simple terms.
I’m going to give an example when it comes to my athletes and one when it comes to my body transformation clients.
Lets use a female VolleyBall player or a male baseball player as examples for the athletes. And a female wanting to develop butt and abs or a guy wanting a bigger chest and abs. Let’s narrow the goal to one thing (normally goals are multiple). How about strike the ball harder and throw the ball faster while also preventing injury in shoulders.
I would say all performance coaches or trainers around here would immediately start strengthening the arms and specific muscles like chest, legs, and back. Some abdominal work as well. Which all I do of course, only in a progressive manner.
But this is where I totally branch away from the rest. With all the fancy titles in the fitness industry, the main thing that I have really mastered in the 13 plus years is understanding human movement and biomechanics.
